Three Wildlife Reserves, Royal Forts & the Taj Mahal — Rajasthan in Full

An 8-day circuit covering three of Rajasthan's most rewarding wildlife destinations in a single trip — Sariska, Ranthambhore, and Bharatpur — alongside the heritage highlights of Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra.

The tour opens with two days in Delhi before driving to Sariska National Park, a reserve rich in flora and fauna where leopard, wild dog, jungle cat, hyena, jackal, sambar, chital, nilgai, chausingha, wild boar, langur, and (with luck) tiger can all be spotted, alongside the medieval ruins of Garh Rajor, dating to the 10th-11th centuries.

From Sariska, the route continues to Jaipur for a half-day of royal sightseeing, then to Ranthambhore National Park for two full days, including a dawn safari and the hilltop Ranthambhore Fort. Bharatpur's Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary follows, with its 350+ recorded bird species explored by bicycle or cycle rickshaw.

The tour concludes with the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort en route back to Delhi — a comprehensive, three-reserve introduction to Rajasthan's wildlife alongside its essential Mughal and Rajput heritage.

Your questions, answered

No — despite Corbett being mentioned in some earlier marketing material for this listing, the actual day-by-day itinerary covers Delhi, Sariska, Jaipur, Ranthambhore, Bharatpur, and Agra entirely within Rajasthan and neighbouring states; it does not travel to Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand. We've corrected this naming inconsistency on this page to accurately reflect the real route.

This is our most complete wildlife-focused circuit — adding a Sariska safari at the start of the route, alongside Ranthambhore and Bharatpur, for travellers who want three distinct wildlife experiences rather than two. If Sariska isn't a priority, our shorter Ranthambhore & Bharatpur Wildlife Tour (6 nights) or Taj & Tiger Tour (6 nights) both cover similar ground in one less night.

Absolutely. Every Discover India tour is fully private and built around your preferences. We can extend any safari destination, add Mandawa or Bikaner, or adjust the order of stops. Submit an enquiry and our specialists will tailor it for you at no obligation.

October to March is ideal — comfortable temperatures (15–28°C), clear skies, and the best conditions for sightseeing, fort treks, and wildlife safaris. April–June brings intense heat (up to 45°C); July–September is monsoon, with some relief from the heat but reduced safari access in the tiger reserves.

Absolutely. Every Discover India tour is fully private and built around your preferences. We can adjust the duration, swap destinations, change hotel categories, or add extensions. Submit an enquiry and our specialists will redesign the itinerary for you at no obligation.

We include carefully selected 4-star and 5-star hotels throughout — heritage havelis, palace hotels, and well-appointed properties near the wildlife reserves, all personally vetted by our team. Upgrades to palace hotels or luxury tented camps are available on request.

Most nationalities can apply for an Indian e-Visa online at indianvisaonline.gov.in. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days and costs $25–$80 USD depending on your nationality. Apply at least 2 weeks before travel.

Cancellations 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. 30–59 days: 75% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
