A Clifftop Flight Over Arambol, Old Goa's Heritage & a River Sunset
A 4-day Goa adventure escape that pairs the state's famous beach culture with a clifftop paragliding flight above Arambol — one of North Goa's most distinctive coastal stretches — alongside a half-day heritage tour and a sunset cruise on the Mandovi River.
The tour opens with arrival and free time to explore the beaches near your hotel, settling into Goa's relaxed pace before the adventure activity begins.
The second day is built around the trip's centrepiece: paragliding at Arambol Beach, where you walk up to the clifftop launch point for a flight out over the sea, with options ranging from a short 10-minute flight to a longer hour-long glide. The rest of the day is free to enjoy Arambol's beach, well known for its laid-back, alternative atmosphere and the nearby Sweet Water Lake.
The final full day brings a half-day tour of Old Goa's UNESCO World Heritage churches — Fort Aguada, the Basilica of Bom Jesus, and the Church of St Cajetan — along with central Panjim, before an evening sunset cruise on the Mandovi River to close out the trip.

Your questions, answered
Yes — flights are conducted in tandem with a certified, experienced pilot, so no prior paragliding experience is needed. The clifftop launch at Arambol is one of Goa's established paragliding sites, with flights typically running through the main tourist season when wind conditions are most favourable.
November to March is the ideal season — calm seas, pleasant temperatures, and the most reliable wind conditions for paragliding. The monsoon (June–September) generally suspends paragliding activity at Arambol due to high winds and rain.
This Goa itinerary was originally bundled together with a separate Manali-based paragliding tour under a single combined listing. We've separated the two into standalone itineraries for clarity, since most travellers book one or the other rather than both. If you would like to combine a Goa paragliding trip with our Paragliding in Manali itinerary into a single longer journey, we can arrange this — please get in touch via the enquiry form.
October to March is ideal — comfortable temperatures (15–28°C), clear skies, and the best conditions for sightseeing, fort treks, and wildlife safaris. April–June brings intense heat (up to 45°C); July–September is monsoon, with some relief from the heat but reduced safari access in the tiger reserves.
