Two UNESCO Masterpieces of Stone & the Tallest Statue on Earth

A compact 4-day circuit combining two of India's finest surviving examples of medieval stepwell and temple architecture with a genuinely modern engineering landmark — the Statue of Unity, standing 182 metres tall as the tallest statue anywhere in the world.

The journey opens in Ahmedabad, Gujarat's largest city and a UNESCO World Heritage City in its own right, before a full day trip to Modhera and Patan — the 11th-century Sun Temple built by King Bhimdev I of the Solanki dynasty, precisely aligned with the equinoxes, and Rani ki Vav, an extraordinary seven-level stepwell adorned with over 500 sculptures, built as a memorial by Queen Udayamati.

The circuit's final chapter brings the Statue of Unity at Kevadia — a 182-metre bronze-clad statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India's first Deputy Prime Minister, offering a viewing gallery at 153 metres, a nightly laser show, and the nearby Valley of Flowers and Sardar Sarovar Dam.
