Detailed Itinerary
Day
We welcome you at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, and transfer you to your hotel by chauffer driven Car. After check-in at hotel, rest of the time free to enjoy your time relaxing at the hotels rooms/pool or you can also take a stroll at nearby market. One of our tour managers will meet you to brief you about the tour.
After sumptuous breakfast at hotel, meet you tour guide who will take you through the famous sights of Delhi including New and old parts of the city. The tour starts with visit to Old Delhi where we will cover Majestic Red Fort built in red sandstone, built in 1639 by fifth Mughal emperor Shahjahan and was the main residence of Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years. Visit the famous Jama Masjid – one of the largest mosques in India with 3 gates and two 40 meters high minarets. Explore Chandni chowk market by cycle rickshaw, this is one of the oldest and busiest market in Delhi, you can click good photos here of colorful spice market and can also try tasting local cuisines. Afternoon drive back to New Delhi and explore Humayauns Tomb built in 1565 AD in the memory of Humayun’s by his first wife Bega Begum and Qutub Minar – a UNESCO world Heritage site, this minaret is 73-meter-high, named after Qutub-Ud-Din Aibak who started its construction in 1192. Evening drive back to your hotel with photo stops at India Gate and President House.
Breakfast at hotel, later checkout and drive to Agra - the city famous for the impressive and majestic Taj Mahal – an UNESCO world Heritage site and one of the seven wonders of the world. Arrive Agra and check-in at hotel. Later in the afternoon start guided tour of Agra by visiting Agra fort the main residence of Mughal emperors till 1638. Prominent buildings to see inside the fort are Khas Mahal, Jahangir Palace, Musamman Burj, Diwan-i-khas & Moti Masjid. Return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Morning at Sunrise, enjoy a visit to Taj Mahal as this is the most beautiful time with clear Sky and very less crowded. After visit return back to hotel for breakfast. Later checkout and drive to Jaipur. En-route we will take a short stop at Fatehpur Sikri the capital of Mughals till 16 century and was abandoned due to scarcity of water. Visit Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Shrine of Seikh Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and Jodha Bai Palace. Upon arrival at Jaipur check-in at hotel and rest of the day free to relax at hotel.
We will start this day early to visit Amber fort located in Amer, outskirts of Jaipur. A majestic ford with blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. After entering the fort through Suraj Pol visit Seesh Mahal, Diwan -e-Aam, Sukh Mandir & Kesar Kyari inside the fort. After visiting fort drive back to Jaipur. En-route take a photo stop at Jal Mahal. Next, we will visit City Palace complex – an Impressive City palace comprise of gardens, courtyards and buildings, located right in the city center. Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Jantar Mantar (Royal Observatory) and Albert hall museum. Evening visit the street markets of pink city. Return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Morning enjoy leisurely breakfast at hotel. After checkout drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival we will drop you at Delhi International airport for onward journey with everlasting memories of Golden Triangle Tour, India
