Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Delhi, meet our representative at Airport and transfer to hotel. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Rest of the day free to relax at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel, later checkout and drive to Rishikesh, a beautiful little town located on the banks of Ganges in the lap of Himalayas. You can visit Haridwar enroute. Arrive Rishikesh and check-in at Hotel. Afternoon you can visit various Ashrams dotted all around Rishikesh. Evening attend mesmerizing Ganga Prayer at Parmarth Niketan.
Wake up early morning and proceed to the yoga centre for yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. Also learn about breath awareness exercise and stretching exercise. Later have yogic breakfast at the Yoga centre. Rest of the day free for independent activities at Rishikesh.
Today you will learn about advance breathing, Dynamic yoga & Advance yoga postures. After yogic breakfast at yoga centre day free or you can drive up to Vashist Gufa. The total drive up to Vashist Gufa is along with river and take about an hour. Arrive and explore Vasistha Cave where famous saint Vasistha, meditated. Late afternoon drive back to Rishikesh. Evening attend meditation classes and lecture.
Today you will learn about Prayanam and advance technique of Yoga followed by meditation and Curative yoga. Afternoon you can take an optional trip to Devprayag, the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi river. You can see Ragunath Ji temple dated back to 10th century. Explore the area and evening drive back to hotel in Rishikesh.
Morning after breakfast checkout from hotel and we will transfer you to Delhi Airport for your onward journey.
